Blueberry hummus recipe

Are you feeling adventurous? Try out this recipe for blueberry hummus. We were somewhat apprehensive at first but love it with vegetable sticks and crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice.
  2. Add blueberries, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; pulse until smooth.
  3. Serve.
